Sir, Over 60 percent population of Pakistan is working in un-sustainable agriculture with average per capita income of US$10 per month. They remain a PERMANENTLY POOR GROUP and urgently needs solutions, policies and institutions to convert half of the family into wage earners. Minimum per capita wages for unskilled worker is about US$70 per months better than 10. Let us find rapid solutions. I can share my analysis and paper on the subject and am interested to invest into new institutions for micro finance or SME Banks
